Former Minister and distinguished public servant, Hon. Akwasi Opong-Fosu, has been honoured with the prestigious Millennium Excellence Award for Visionary Leadership, Outstanding Public Service, and Commitment to Bridging the Gap Between Africa and the Diaspora.
